Getting started
Log in
Open Circuit and sign in with your workspace credentials. Depending on your setup, you’ll sign in with your Google or Microsoft account.
Find your agent
After logging in, you’ll see the agents shared with you. Select the agent that matches what you need help with: for example, a technical support agent or a sales enablement agent.
Start a chat
Type your question in the chat box. Be specific and conversational. Describe what you’re looking for as if you were asking a knowledgeable colleague.Instead of this:

I need the flow rate and pressure specifications for the XYZ pump series. I’m putting together a quote for a customer.The more context you provide, the better the answer.
Review the response
The agent responds with an answer drawn from your workspace’s documents. Look for:
- Citations that link back to source documents and page numbers
- Tool indicators showing what the agent searched or read
- Follow-up suggestions if the topic is broad
Iterate if needed
If the answer isn’t quite right, tell the agent what was wrong:
That’s close, but I need the specs for the newer model, not the legacy version.The agent uses your feedback to refine its response in real time.
