Circuit stores your documents in searchable indexes, then lets you build agents that can reason over that knowledge and answer questions in natural language. Your team interacts with agents through a chat interface, either inside the Circuit app or embedded directly on your website.

How it works

Organize your knowledge

Upload documents to indexes: structured containers that hold PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, presentations, and more. Circuit processes and indexes the content automatically.

Configure an agent

Create an agent and point it at one or more indexes. Choose a domain template (field enablement, customer service, RFP, and others) or start from scratch.

Start asking questions

Your team chats with the agent in natural language. The agent searches your documents, reasons over the results, and responds with answers that cite their sources.

Improve over time

Users provide feedback with thumbs up and thumbs down buttons. Administrators review feedback and refine indexes and agent configuration to improve answer quality.
